1. Service Description

Prewitt Family OS is a private household scheduling and shared-calendar coordination program available only to authorized family members. It helps participants manage the shared Prewitt Family calendar through familiar communication channels, including text messaging.

2. Eligibility and Authorization

The service is not open for public registration and may be used only by household members or other people specifically authorized by the service owner.

3. SMS Program

The SMS program name is Prewitt Family OS. Messages concern family scheduling, shared-calendar activity, confirmations, clarification questions, reminders, and service notices. Message frequency varies according to user requests and household scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The service does not send marketing or promotional messages.

4. Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.

Reply HELP for help, or email family@prewittfamily.com.

A user who opts out will no longer receive SMS messages unless the user later provides new consent. Other non-SMS calendar functionality may be handled separately.

5. Consent

Authorized users enroll through direct agreement with the household service owner. Consent applies only to Prewitt Family OS household scheduling messages and is not transferred or used for unrelated campaigns.

6. Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile delivery and service availability are not guaranteed.

7. Appropriate Use

Users may not use the service for unauthorized access, impersonation, abusive messages, malicious attachments, interference with the service, or attempts to alter household calendar data without permission.

8. Calendar Accuracy

Users should review confirmations and calendar details and report errors. The service may request clarification when a scheduling instruction is ambiguous.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how household information is handled.

10. Changes or Termination

The service owner may update, suspend, or discontinue the private service and may revise these terms by updating the effective date.
